Following Prince George’s County guidelines, masks are no longer required for vaccinated residents, their guests, and our employees. Non-vaccinated persons are required to wear a mask while in shared community spaces.
Victory Innovations Electrostatic Sprayer® disinfecting machines are used to disinfect in all shared community spaces. Additionally, high-touch surfaces are wiped and cleaned regularly.
We use Silver Defender Antimicrobial Protection Film® on high-touch surfaces (elevator keypads and door handles).
Please continue to maintain at least 6-feet of space when gathering in the shared community spaces.
Before a new resident moves in, all apartments are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using the Victory Innovations Electrostatic Sprayer® disinfecting machine.
Our teams use protective personal equipment (PPE) and are following strict protocols when entering residents’ apartments.
We have placed hand sanitizers in various locations around the property. The CDC and public health department recommend frequent hand washing or the use of a hand sanitizer as the best defense against the spread of germs.
Our leasing teams are available for remote live video tours, as well as in-person self-guided tours.
We monitor our employees’ health and complete a symptom screening at the start of every day.
